Rilo Kiley : È Uma Banda De Folk Rock/Indie Pop Formada Em Los Angeles Em 1998

Rilo Kiley é uma banda de Folk Rock/Indie Pop de Los Angeles formada em 1998. A banda era formada por: Jenny Lewis (vocal), Blake Sennett (guitarra), Pierre de Reeder (baixo), e Jason Boesel (bateria). Lançaram seu primeiro disco, chamado Take Offs And Landings, através de um contrato com o selo independente Barsuk Records, o mesmo de nomes como Nada Surf e Death Cab For Cutie. 

A banda foi ganhando cada vez mais atenção pelo seu indie rock com toques de pop e folk, e também pelo carisma e talento da vocalista Jenny Lewis. Em 2004 a banda assinou contrato com a Warner Bros e lançam More Adventurous que alcançou o topo das paradas da Billboard. 

Seu último álbum foi Under the Blacklight de 2007. A banda está em hiato desde 2013 com os membros focando em suas carreiras solo.
